Guided reading groups are ran by a trained reading teacher.  Students are leveled by a DRA and given reading instruction to raise their reading achievement.  The ratio is 5:1 student to teacher for 30 minutes 3 times per week for 18 weeks.

Students learn to write like a real write.  They will learn the format of the genre and be able to write to a rubric.  Students receive 5:1 student teacher ratio.  Students meet 3 hours a week for 12 weeks.

Eight weeks of writing fun with a 6:1 student teacher ratio.  Students receive a spiral bound note book, complete the full writing process to a published piece with a writing recital celebration to commemorate.

The Ready to Read Intervention program is an individualize school intervention program.  Students receive 30 minutes, 3 times per week in a 5:1 student ratio with a reading teacher learning foundational skills.  Schools can request other services such as testing, teacher training, and one on one services.

Developmental Reading Exam will determine your child's reading level.  Parents are provided with a copy of the test and explanation session.

Students follow a guide line to prepare a narrative piece.  Teachers will select the best 3 from their class.  Grades 1-5 may participate.  Teachers will send their best three narrative pieces to Purposeful Educations.  A team will select the best piece from the three and come out to complete the production.   The production will be published and the play will be videoed and given to the school and child to commemorate their work.
